Our commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We act ethically and with integrity in all business relationships, and we expect the same of the organisations we work with.

This statement reflects our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is reviewed annually by the leadership team.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain covers hardware distribution, construction and facilities contractors, cooling and power plant suppliers, and professional services. We assess suppliers for labour practices as part of onboarding, and we reserve the right to terminate relationships where breaches are identified.

Our people

All employees are engaged on written contracts, paid at or above statutory minimums, and hold the right to work in the UK, verified at recruitment. No worker is required to surrender identity documents or pay recruitment fees.

Reporting concerns

Employees, contractors and suppliers can raise concerns confidentially with the leadership team. Concerns are investigated promptly and reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate. No individual will suffer detriment for raising a concern in good faith.
