AI-Ready Data Centres

An AI-ready data centre is designed from the power feed upwards. We operate UK AI-ready data centre capacity engineered for sustained densities of 50kW to 200kW per rack - built for the workload, not retrofitted around it.

What Makes a Data Centre AI-Ready

The term is used loosely. In practice, an AI-ready facility meets four conditions. Failing any one of them makes hosting a GPU cluster at scale impossible.

Sustained high-density power: not burst capacity. An 8-GPU H100 server draws 5.6kW, so a populated rack exceeds 40kW. AI-ready means 50kW and up, sustained across the deployment. Cooling matched to thermal design power: air cannot remove heat at these densities, so liquid cooling is structural, not optional. Structural capacity for the load: high-density racks are heavier, so floor loading, tank support, and fluid handling must be designed in, not retrofitted. Room to scale: if growth means a new hall and a new contract, the facility was not AI-ready to begin with.

How We deliver AI-Ready Capacity

Built for UK enterprises running AI, HPC, and high-density compute

01

50kW to 200kW per rack

Sustained density, not peak. No thermal throttling and no derating of your hardware.

02

Verified PUE of 1.03 or below

Measured, not modelled. You pay for compute rather than cooling overhead.

03

Validated for GPU clusters

Proven with NVIDIA H100 and A100 deployments, LLM training, and real-time inference at scale.

04

Colocation, not capital expenditure

We provide the tanks, fluid management, cooling, power, and engineering. You bring the hardware.

05

Resident on-site engineers

Installation, maintenance, and hardware changes are handled in person. No remote-only ticketing.

06

Scale without renegotiating

Start with a defined footprint and grow into capacity. No migration, no new contract.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI-ready data centre?

A facility engineered from the outset to sustain the power, cooling, and structural demands of GPU compute. In practice, that means sustained rack densities of 50kW and above, liquid cooling rather than air, floor loading designed for the weight, and headroom to scale without relocating. A conventional facility advertising a high-density zone is not the same thing.

What rack density can Our support?

Sustained densities from 50kW to 200kW per rack, with no thermal throttling and no derating.

Can I colocate AI hardware, or do I need a private facility?

Colocation. We provide the immersion tanks, dielectric fluid management, cooling infrastructure, power, and on-site engineering. You bring your hardware.

Is Our validated for NVIDIA H100 and A100 clusters?

Yes. Our infrastructure is validated for H100 and A100 GPU deployments, large language model training, and real-time inference workloads.

What happens when my deployment needs to grow?

You scale into additional capacity within the same environment. No migration and no contract renegotiation.
